Processing Time
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of payment approval, but please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, some orders may, in rare circumstances, take longer to ship. We will notify you if that's the case.
Please note, where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.
Australia Delivery
Flat rate of AU$ 10 for Standard and AU$ 15 for Express. Free Express Delivery for all orders above AU$ 75.
Orders shipped within Australia are delivered with Australia Post, and will take 1-6 working days to be delivered (1-3 working days for Express).
All orders are tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.
International Delivery
We offer both Regular and DHL Express shipping for all international orders.

Please note, estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance or instances where a shipment is held for payment of duties/taxes.
All orders are tracked by the deliver carrier. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.
Items for delivery to countries outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Please Contact Us if you have questions or require assistance.
If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
